Senior Fullstack Developer

SolDevelo is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our Product Department, the team behind popular apps for the Atlassian and monday.com marketplaces. You will work within a dedicated Scrum team, taking ownership of backend architecture while collaborating on frontend features to deliver high-quality tools used by global organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build features end-to-end, owning the backend architecture and contributing to frontend development.
• Set and enforce high standards for backend code quality and maintainability.
• Mentor and coach mid-level developers, helping them grow through pair programming and technical leadership.
• Contribute to architectural decisions with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to shape business requirements before implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of professional software development experience.
• Senior-level expertise in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid working knowledge of React and TypeScript to deliver production-ready frontend features.
• Proven experience in mentoring and leading developers.
• Strong understanding of application security practices and tech debt management.
• Excellent command of both Polish and English (C1 level or higher).
