Senior Fullstack Developer (Java+React)

Integral Solutions is looking for an exceptional Senior Fullstack Developer to join a new IT Hub focused on innovative, business-critical supply chain projects. You will have the opportunity to work on complex, global applications while influencing the choice of tools and technological solutions in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full engineering lifecycle, including technical discovery, solution design, architecture, and implementation.
• Act as a technical authority for Java/Spring, React, microservices, and container-based solutions.
• Drive XP practices such as remote pairing, TDD/BDD, and continuous integration to ensure high-quality standards.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, improve design quality, and enhance overall engineering productivity.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of software engineering experience, including significant work on enterprise-scale systems.
• Expert-level Java proficiency with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• At least 4 years of front-end experience using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong background in distributed systems, cloud-based deployments, and automated testing strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical recommendations to stakeholders.
