Senior Fullstack Developer (Java/Angular)

XTB is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team, where you will contribute to the development of high-performance financial systems. You will work in a collaborative Scrum environment, focusing on building scalable solutions that support global users.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining multiple products with a focus on high-performance, low-latency systems.
• Designing and implementing robust Java-based microservices to handle massive data volumes.
• Collaborating within a Scrum team to translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
• Ensuring high availability and scalability of systems to support our international user base.

Requirements

• Extensive commercial experience in building Java-based microservices and a deep understanding of scalability.
• Strong proficiency in the Angular framework, including solid knowledge of RxJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take full ownership of tasks, identify potential risks, and propose effective solutions.
• A strong commitment to engineering excellence, focusing on clean, testable code and adherence to best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a mature, experienced team of professionals.
