Senior Fullstack Developer (Java & JavaScript)

Directio is a global IT services company specializing in cloud-based and mobile applications for clients in the FMCG, retail, automotive, and SaaS sectors. We are currently seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join an international team and contribute to the development of a core CPQ software product designed to automate complex business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop core CPQ software and build scalable solutions that become part of the company’s standard product offering.
• Implement feature requirements to enhance the functionality, usability, and performance of the core software.
• Work on an innovative Java-based framework and contribute to its ongoing development and evolution.
• Collaborate within a diverse international team of architects and developers while maintaining alignment with Product Management.
• Participate in agile sprints and iterative development processes to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software development experience with a strong background in building and maintaining complex systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java 17+ for developing robust backend solutions.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript to bridge the gap between backend functionality and user-facing features.
• Proven ability to interpret functional specifications and transform them into intuitive, creative software solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration within a global team environment.
