Senior Fullstack Data Scientist – GenAI / LLM / RAG

Senovo IT is seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Data Scientist to join an enterprise GenAI programme focused on building production-ready solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and modern Generative AI frameworks. You will work across the full development lifecycle, from architecture design to production deployment, in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end Generative AI solutions based on LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.
• Build RAG pipelines using vector databases, hybrid search, and query transformation.
• Develop GenAI applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Implement LLM evaluation, validators, guardrails, and PII controls for production-grade systems.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the development of reusable GenAI components and best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science or AI Engineering with 4+ years of production-grade Python development.
• 2+ years of commercial experience building production LLM and GenAI solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with RAG, chatbots, AI Agents, and MCP servers.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, Docker, and containerized deployments within cloud environments.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into scalable architectures.
