Senior Full-Stack Solutions Architect

Productiv Team is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Solutions Architect to lead the technical strategy and modernization of our enterprise platforms. You will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and performant across the entire stack.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own solution architecture across UI, backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Guide the modernization of full-stack applications built on PHP and Vue.js.
• Architect and develop robust RESTful APIs following OpenAPI standards.
• Design scalable data and caching strategies using MongoDB and Redis.
• Establish observability, high-availability, and disaster-recovery patterns while mentoring engineering teams.

Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in solution or enterprise architecture.
• Strong hands-on expertise in PHP 7/8 and modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically Vue.js 2 or 3.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, ECS, and Docker containerization.
• Deep understanding of MongoDB and Redis performance and data integrity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex architectural trade-offs to diverse stakeholders.
