Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (.NET/Desktop/Web)

Spyrosoft is seeking a skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a team focused on developing and maintaining business applications that support HR processes. You will play a key role in the evolution of our software, working with a robust Microsoft-based tech stack to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain desktop applications using .NET Framework, WinForms, and WPF.
• Contribute to the development of web-based interfaces using JavaScript and React.
• Design, optimize, and maintain complex data models and queries within SQL Server.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Ensure the delivery of clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET platform.
• Proven experience in developing desktop applications with WinForms or WPF.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks like React.
• Experience with relational databases, specifically SQL Server and Azure SQL.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Polish.
