Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, AI Core

We are a fully remote, global team of approximately 200 professionals who value autonomy, async collaboration, and high-impact work.

Key responsibilities

• Ship full-stack AI projects end-to-end using Ruby on Rails and React.
• Design and execute experiments, including A/B tests and AI evaluations, to validate features and measure impact.
• Build and integrate AI infrastructure components, optimizing them for performance and reliability in production.
• Improve internal processes and tools to scale AI features effectively.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer on high-traffic production applications.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and ReactJS.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI features in production, such as RAG systems or AI agents.
• A strong experimentation mindset with the ability to iterate quickly based on data.
• Excellent command of English at a professional level.
