Senior Full Stack (Node.js) Engineer

Ciklum is a global custom product engineering company seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our cross-functional team. You will work on complex business challenges, leveraging modern technologies to build and scale innovative software solutions for multinational organizations and startups.

Key responsibilities

• Build production AI agents using TypeScript, AWS services, and AI SDKs like LangGraph.
• Design agent behavior and implement sandbox environments with robust security and timeout guards.
• Evaluate AI features by building golden sets, calibrating judges, and monitoring precision and recall.
• Ensure system observability through structured logs, metrics, and alerting in Splunk and VictoriaMetrics.
• Maintain infrastructure using Terraform and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
• Document systems, share best practices, and collaborate with team members to enable AI-first engineering workflows.

Requirements

• Strong production experience with modern React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Working proficiency with Python for backend services, automation, and data analysis.
• Practical hands-on experience with the AWS ecosystem, including Lambda, DynamoDB, and container orchestration.
• Proven track record of shipping features that leverage LLM APIs and managing their production lifecycle.
• Ability to read and modify Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical trade-offs clearly.
