Senior Full Stack Engineer with AI (Healthcare)

Sigma Software is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with AI expertise to join a project focused on developing innovative cloud-based applications for the healthcare sector. You will play a pivotal role in designing and integrating advanced AI-powered features into business solutions used by medical professionals, while maintaining high standards of software engineering across the full stack.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern, scalable web applications for the healthcare domain.
• Design and integrate AI-powered features, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions into existing business applications.
• Work extensively with modern LLM platforms and AI development tools to enhance product capabilities.
• Build and operate cloud-native services with a strong focus on reliability, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams to drive engineering excellence and AI adoption.

Requirements

• Senior-level Full-Stack engineering experience with at least 6 years of commercial background.
• Strong proficiency in Front-end development using React or Angular.
• Solid Back-end expertise in Java/Spring Boot, Python, or C#.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience developing and integrating AI-powered features into software products.
• Practical knowledge of modern LLM ecosystems, AI platforms like Azure OpenAI, and cloud-native architectures.
