Senior Full Stack Engineer, Profitable Video MarTech SaaS 🦄

Vidalytics is a video marketing platform built for conversion, providing video-driven growth for direct response marketers. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can take real ownership of the product, moving fluidly across our PHP backend and TypeScript frontend to deliver high-impact features.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship features end-to-end using PHP (Symfony, Laminas) and React with TypeScript.
• Own projects past the initial release by monitoring performance, responding to issues, and iterating based on usage data.
• Instrument systems with observability tools to ensure proactive problem detection.
• Write and maintain automated tests as a standard part of the development workflow.
• Utilize AI coding agents to accelerate delivery while maintaining high code quality.
• Contribute to infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm charts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience operating at a senior level with a track record of end-to-end project ownership.
• Strong proficiency in full-stack development and cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and system observability.
• A product-focused mindset with the ability to define problems and make technical tradeoffs.
• Strong discipline in automated testing and a collaborative approach to engineering.
• Fluent English communication skills.
