Senior Full Stack Engineer

Ciklum is a custom product engineering company that supports multinational organizations and scaling startups in solving complex business challenges. We are currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our global team and contribute to engineering the experiences of tomorrow.

Key responsibilities

• Build production AI agents using TypeScript services on AWS, including Lambda, Step Functions, and Bedrock.
• Design agent behavior and implement sandbox environments with read-only runtimes and security guards.
• Evaluate AI features by building golden sets, performing production replays, and comparing model performance.
• Ensure system observability through structured logs, reason-coded metrics, and proactive alerting.
• Maintain infrastructure using Terraform and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment.

Requirements

• Strong production experience with modern React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Working proficiency with Python for backend services, automation, and evaluation tooling.
• Practical hands-on experience across the AWS ecosystem, including containers and networking.
• Proven track record of shipping features leveraging LLM APIs and managing AI-first engineering workflows.
• Ability to design metrics and debug non-deterministic systems in production environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
