Senior+ Full-Stack Engineer

Jobgether is seeking a Senior+ Full-Stack Engineer to join a dynamic, remote-first startup environment. You will play a pivotal role in building and evolving a developer infrastructure platform that enables AI applications and agents to connect seamlessly with external APIs and services, taking ownership of features from initial design to deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full-stack product features across backend services, APIs, runtime infrastructure, and developer-facing interfaces.
• Build and maintain tools for developers and AI agents, including SDKs, CLI tools, and Model Context Protocol integrations.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their integration requirements and translate feedback into practical technical solutions.
• Own entire product features from discovery and architecture through to testing and ongoing optimization.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap prioritization while maintaining high standards for system scalability and performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience at a senior level with strong foundations in backend development and distributed systems.
• Strong TypeScript skills with the ability to work confidently across the stack, including Node.js and React.
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping production-ready software with a product-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
• High degree of autonomy and a pragmatic approach to engineering decisions in a fast-moving startup.
