Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Resourceful Talent Group is seeking a highly skilled, Russian-speaking Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their established engineering team. This role focuses on building and maintaining robust production systems using a modern technology stack, offering the opportunity to take significant ownership of architecture and technical outcomes in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, production-grade React and TypeScript frontend applications.
• Build and maintain substantial Node.js and TypeScript backend services and APIs.
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and performance tuning.
• Deploy and operate applications within AWS, ensuring high reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on technical strategy, code quality, and long-term engineering standards.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering production systems.
• Strong, recent hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js in a professional environment.
• Practical experience with AWS infrastructure and PostgreSQL database management.
• Fluency in Russian and strong English communication skills for technical collaboration.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated environments is considered a significant advantage.
