Senior Full Stack Engineer (Poland)

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our distributed team and help build the core systems that power our platform's content creation capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship end-to-end features that directly impact our product and user experience.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices to support our growing platform.
• Prototype new ideas quickly, iterate based on feedback, and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and growth teams to refine and improve user interfaces.
• Utilize data-driven insights to guide technical decisions and optimize system performance.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience in software development.
• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript, with a strong grasp of modern design patterns and clean code principles.
• Solid experience working with Node.js, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs.
• Proven track record of success working within remote and distributed engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment.
