Senior Full Stack Engineer for Computer Vision Products

Nacre Capital is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join Aquaticode, a venture focused on developing proprietary image-based Artificial Intelligence technologies for the aquaculture industry. You will play a pivotal role in building and scaling core products that integrate advanced computer vision and machine learning algorithms into robust, high-performance software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications powered by machine learning algorithms.
• Build and scale a complex backend architecture capable of handling multiple AI-driven processes.
• Implement efficient data processing and management pipelines to ensure high system performance.
• Optimize query processing times and ensure the scalability of the overall platform.
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to the growth of the engineering team.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Backend Engineer.
• Proven proficiency in Python is mandatory for this role.
• Strong background in Windows development, with Linux experience considered a plus.
• Deep understanding of micro-services architecture, multithreading, and message queues.
• Experience working with image or video processing products and hardware integration.
• Solid foundation in computer science theory, data structures, and software architecture.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
