Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Django / Next.js)

Search Atlas is an AI-native, all-in-one agentic marketing platform that is redefining the industry. We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of features, from database schema design to the final UI, in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ship backend and frontend features across our core product suite, including Atlas Brain, OTTO, and Content Genius.
• Design and maintain robust Django APIs and React/Next.js interfaces capable of handling significant production load.
• Instrument your own work with observability, error tracking, and performance baselines before deployment.
• Proactively challenge product specifications and propose stronger technical approaches.
• Diagnose and resolve production incidents, maintaining full ownership of the resolution process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping production-grade web applications across the full stack.
• Strong proficiency in Python 3, Django REST Framework, and Celery.
• Expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience with PostgreSQL in production environments.
• Daily fluency with agentic development tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Familiarity with Sentry and the Grafana Stack for monitoring and observability.
