Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI-First (Go / React)

MMDSmart Ltd is building cloud CPaaS and CCaaS infrastructure, focusing on high-traffic, event-driven services that power real-time contact center communications. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a team where AI-assisted development is the standard, not an experiment, to help us build and maintain robust, scalable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end across a Go backend and React/TypeScript frontend.
• Design and develop solutions for high-load, distributed production systems.
• Integrate AI coding agents into your daily workflow to accelerate delivery while maintaining full accountability for the final output.
• Investigate complex production issues and drive them to resolution.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and improve development practices for AI-assisted engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong senior-level fundamentals.
• At least 4 years of hands-on production experience with Go.
• Practical experience with React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing, building, and debugging high-load distributed services.
• Proficiency in using AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot beyond simple autocomplete.
