Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI Builder

CoverGo is transforming the insurance industry by replacing outdated manual processes with a modern, AI-driven platform. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our small, high-impact team to build and scale AI agents that solve real-world problems for enterprise carriers globally.

Key responsibilities

• Own outcomes by identifying and driving the most impactful features from concept to production.
• Build with AI as a primary tool, including document understanding, agent loops, and evaluation harnesses.
• Ship prototypes rapidly and iterate based on direct feedback from real customer workflows.
• Raise the bar on the codebase through rigorous reviews, refactoring, and a focus on observability.
• Collaborate across the team to propose and adopt new engineering standards and internal tools.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building complex, customer-facing production systems.
• Proven track record of shipping substantive AI-driven features, moving beyond simple POCs.
• Strong fundamentals in software design, testing, web security, and performance.
• Deep proficiency with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to diverse stakeholders.
