Senior Full Stack Engineer - Core UX

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a Core UX-focused team dedicated to refining the everyday experience of users interacting with sophisticated, business-critical software. In this role, you will combine deep frontend expertise with robust full-stack engineering skills to deliver high-performing, polished, and scalable interfaces within a collaborative global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Refine and improve existing product functionality with a focus on usability, consistency, responsiveness, and visual quality.
• Build and maintain scalable full-stack solutions that support reliable, high-quality user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data, machine learning, and DevOps engineers, to evolve product capabilities.
• Take full ownership of assigned projects, driving initiatives from initial concept through implementation with minimal oversight.
• Experiment with technical approaches, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly to improve functionality and user impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of polishing product functionality.
• Strong engineering fundamentals in system design, debugging, architecture, and complex problem-solving.
• Professional experience with a modern frontend framework, preferably React, and proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience with cloud and serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda and EC2, as well as relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Proactive communication style and the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed international environment.
