Senior Full Stack Engineer - Core UX (Europe)

Kalepa is building an AI-powered operating system for the insurance industry, focusing on professional-grade systems that read, reason, and act within complex workflows. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Core UX team and help refine our product functionality to deliver an exceptional, premium user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Refine existing product functionality to ensure consistency, visual polish, and high performance.
• Focus on layout, interactions, and responsiveness to create a cohesive and well-crafted user experience.
• Collaborate with a global team of full-stack, data, ML, and DevOps engineers to build scalable backend solutions.
• Take full ownership of projects, driving them to completion with minimal oversight while maintaining high quality.
• Iterate quickly on product features by testing ideas and measuring results to solve complex, novel problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on delivering premium user experiences.
• Strong proficiency in a modern frontend framework, preferably React.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, with strong fundamentals in system design and debugging.
• Experience with serverless technologies, asynchronous workflows, and cloud environments.
• Comfortable working with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
