Senior Full Stack Developer

Your responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly and responsive web UI in JavaScript/React/Apollo
• Construct and implement GraphQL schema
• Develop and maintain backend systems with Node.js
• Design and optimize SQL database schemas and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval
• Contribute code to other cloud based services written in Python
• Write and maintain robust suite of tests to ensure the functionality and integrity of the developed applications
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the global team to understand user needs and translate them into user-friendly and aesthetic user interfaces
• Collaborate closely with a team of scientists to build tools that assist in ground-breaking biology research

We are looking for you, if you have:

• Provable track record of constructing quality, user-friendly tools in a fast-paced environment
• At least 5 years of proven experience with React
• At least 5 years of proven experience with Python and SQL
• English at least at B2 level
• Experience working on cloud-native architectures in public clouds (ideally AWS)
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with a diverse team of professionals
• Ability to quickly acquire new technologies and programming languages
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience with modern CI/CD platforms, GitLab or similar
• Experience with biological data and processes is a strong plus
• Knowledge of cell biology would be a big plus
• Experience working with scientists or in a research environment is advantageous
