Senior Full-Stack Developer

Sigma Software is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a long-term remote project focused on scientific computing, AI-powered workflows, and cloud-native engineering. You will contribute to a modern platform that helps pharmaceutical companies and researchers accelerate medicine development and improve analytical processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern Full Stack web applications with a focus on Back-end architecture and scalability.
• Design and implement AI-powered features and intelligent workflows.
• Build and operate reliable, secure, and scalable cloud-native services.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to drive technical decisions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and implement microservices and event-driven architecture patterns.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of commercial experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Extensive experience with NestJS and scalable API design.
• Commercial experience with Go or strong experience with the Python ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of microservices, event-driven systems, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
