Senior Full Stack Developer

Ingenious.Build is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our fully remote team. We are focused on building impactful solutions and are looking for a proactive engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and contributing to the evolution of our modular monolith architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using PHP 8.5, Laravel 12, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Improve the codebase by reducing legacy code, implementing robust testing, and ensuring high-quality, maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate within a modular monolith structure using DDD, facades, and events to maintain strong domain boundaries.
• Focus on framework-agnostic development to ensure business logic remains clear and easy to test.
• Engage in technical discussions and knowledge sharing to drive product innovation and team growth.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in PHP 8.1+ and modern frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
• Extensive experience with large-scale systems such as CRM, CMS, or ERP, with SaaS experience being a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and strategies to ensure reliable code.
• Communicative English skills at a B2 level or higher.
• Proactive mindset with a drive to shape solutions rather than just implementing tasks.
