Senior Full-Stack Developer (PHP/Vue.js)

Productiv Team is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team in building and maintaining the technology backbone of our enterprise platforms. You will play a key role in designing features across the entire stack, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring the reliability of our business-critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build features across UI, backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure, translating business requirements into maintainable code.
• Develop and modernize full-stack applications using PHP 7/8 and Vue.js 2 or 3.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs following OpenAPI standards, including integration, authentication, and versioning.
• Manage data storage and caching using MongoDB and Redis, focusing on schema design and query optimization.
• Deploy and support applications on AWS using EC2, ECS, and Docker, while contributing to observability and high-availability efforts.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and participate in design and code reviews.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a senior or lead-level software engineer.
• Hands-on expertise with PHP 7/8 and modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically Vue.js.
• Proven experience building and integrating RESTful APIs to OpenAPI standards.
• Practical knowledge of MongoDB and Redis, including performance and data integrity considerations.
• Core AWS knowledge, including networking, IAM, and containerization platforms.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate complex trade-offs to stakeholders.
