Senior Full Stack Developer (Go/React)

MMDSmart is a leading provider of cloud-based business communications, delivering innovative messaging and voice solutions to clients in over 100 countries. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and take ownership of high-load, distributed systems that power our global CPaaS and CCaaS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new platform capabilities across the backend and frontend, focusing on system-level improvements.
• Contribute to architectural decisions within a microservices environment, utilizing Go and event-driven patterns.
• Develop and evolve React-based interfaces used by enterprise customers and internal teams.
• Manage integrations with external vendors, including messaging providers, voice services, and billing systems.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues in a high-scale environment.
• Participate in technical discussions, trade-off analysis, and system design reviews.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong backend expertise with Go (3+ years), including concurrency, performance, and system design.
• Solid frontend experience with React and TypeScript (2+ years).
• Proven experience building or maintaining distributed systems and microservices.
• Deep understanding of data modeling with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to debug complex issues across services and thrive in an evolving environment.
