Senior Full Stack Developer (CORE)

CrewBloom is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining scalable web applications while mentoring junior team members and driving technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
• Translate complex Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS layouts using modern styling frameworks.
• Design and implement reusable UI components and hooks that follow industry best practices.
• Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs to ensure robust data fetching and seamless application functionality.
• Develop backend logic using Node.js, Next.js API routes, or serverless functions, including interaction with various AWS services.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer with deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Proven ability to convert Figma designs into functional, responsive web interfaces.
• Strong proficiency in integrating third-party APIs and implementing secure authentication systems.
• Solid understanding of AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, and Test-Driven Development principles.
• Experience in mentoring junior developers and working within Agile Scrum methodologies using tools like JIRA or Linear.
