Senior Full-Stack Developer (AI-Assisted)

Productiv Team is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our small, high-ownership team. You will play a critical role in hardening our TypeScript-based product, which leverages Next.js 15, React 19, and an advanced AI pipeline powered by Anthropic Claude.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the certification builder pipeline, including schema architecture and LLM prompt workflows.
• Develop multi-tenant features such as role-based access control, membership models, and self-serve workspace provisioning.
• Enhance database maturity by implementing formal migration workflows and ensuring robust separation between staging and production environments.
• Lead production hardening efforts, including rate limiting, security reviews, and improving error observability.
• Establish engineering processes, including CI pipelines and comprehensive test coverage, while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with TypeScript, modern React, and Next.js App Router and Server Components.
• Proven background in building production SaaS backends with complex multi-tenant data models and authentication flows.
• Deep expertise in relational databases, specifically Postgres with Prisma, and managing safe schema changes.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, including queues, webhooks, idempotency, and serverless architecture.
• Practical experience in LLM product engineering, including prompt design and managing token costs.
• Solid security instincts with the ability to conduct cloud IAM reviews and ensure tenant isolation.
