Senior Frontend Engineer

IT Labs is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team, working with premier global consulting organizations to help Tier 1 banks and insurance companies transform their operations through AI, automation, and advanced analytics. You will play a key role in building intuitive, secure, and scalable user experiences that shape the future of enterprise AI, helping to safeguard financial assets and improve institutional efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications for AI-powered enterprise platforms.
• Translate product requirements, wireframes, and UX designs into high-quality frontend implementations.
• Develop reusable UI components and maintain consistent design patterns across complex applications.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, WebSockets, and real-time AI model responses.
• Optimize application performance, rendering efficiency, and client-side state management for complex user journeys.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in frontend engineering.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks, especially React.
• Experience building responsive, performant, and maintainable web applications at scale.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Excellent communication skills in English and location within an EU member country.
