Join one of our cross-functional teams in Motors, Real Estate, OLX Classifieds or Platforms, working remotely from Poland. As part of our 1,000+ tech team across multiple locations, you'll collaborate with engineers, SREs, and product teams to build scalable, high-impact solutions, while reporting to an Engineering Manager who will support your growth and impact.

You'll work on a mixed tech stack based on a microservices architecture, entirely on Amazon Web Services, with open-source libs like React and/or NextJS. If you're craving the excitement of tackling scalable problems and optimizing solutions, we'd love to hear from you!

Who we are looking for:

• A product-minded engineer who thinks from a user perspective, understanding both the how and why behind technical solutions.
• A problem solver who can break down complex challenges into manageable solutions using both analytical thinking and creativity.
• An effective communicator who can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while documenting technical specifications and processes clearly.
• A developer who believes in "you build it, you run it, you own it," ensuring high-quality code, debugging, optimization, and automation as key priorities.
• Experienced in architecting and scaling cloud-based systems for millions of users.
• Proficient in TypeScript & Node.js.
• Familiar with React.js and its ecosystem.
• Writes clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Knowledgeable in testing, including Playwright or Cucumber.
• Curious, driven to learn, and confident in challenging the status quo to drive positive change.

What you will be doing:

• Leading the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Contributing to complex technical projects, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable software solutions.
• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This includes delegating tasks, providing feedback, and facilitating team communication.
• Driving innovation by encouraging new ideas, shaping software development, and collaborating closely with product management to create user-centric solutions.
• Creating impact outside of your team by helping drive the Engineering strategy and contributing to cross-team collaboration through inter-team working groups or community guilds, between others.
