Senior Frontend Developer

Shimi Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join a strategic, long-term project for a European Union organization. You will contribute to the development of a next-generation system focused on real-time incident reporting and border control, ensuring compliance with new European Commission regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions using micro-frontend architecture.
• Lead the transformation of monolithic applications into modern micro-frontend and microservice-based systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability while applying Security by Design principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and backend engineers, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards and technical documentation.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks like Angular.
• Practical experience with SPA architectures, HTML5, Web Components, and browser APIs.
• Familiarity with .NET/C#, cloud environments, and container platforms such as OpenShift.
