Project: Frontend development of an advanced, AI-powered wealth management platform, focused on building next-generation greenfield features and integrating autonomous AI agents.

Project Overview

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with a strong generalist mindset to take technical ownership of the client-facing layer of a sophisticated, AI-driven platform designed for private wealth trust managers.

You will be expected to independently assess available options, ask the right questions and make sound, defensible architectural and technical decisions. The platform is being developed as a focused, single-portal application built around a rich workspace.

The frontend includes complex, domain-heavy NgRx state management, custom visualisation and diagramming capabilities, as well as new agentic AI features such as streaming model responses, dynamically generated user interfaces and autonomous agent workflows. A significant part of the upcoming work is greenfield, giving you real influence over the frontend architecture and engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of frontend features, collaborating closely with product and design teams to balance user experience with technical feasibility.

• Architect and evolve a highly scalable, clean codebase designed for long-term maintainability without technical debt.

• Write elegant, self-explanatory, and robust production code, prioritizing clean simplicity over over-engineering.

• Set up, optimize, and maintain automated end-to-end (E2E) testing suites to guarantee platform stability.

• Incorporate AI coding assistants (such as Claude Code) into your everyday engineering workflow, showing proficiency in guiding, auditing, and validating AI-generated output.

• Actively participate in code reviews, technical grooming, and architectural alignment sessions while upholding uncompromisingly high engineering standards.

• Optimize frontend performance, specifically focusing on the predictability and speed of AI-driven real-time interactions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience with Angular and TypeScript

• Strong knowledge of modern Angular, including standalone components, signals, change detection, NgRx and RxJS.

• Broad frontend expertise across UI development, architecture, state management, testing, tooling and build pipelines.

• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents, such as Claude Code, as part of your daily development workflow.

• Ability to effectively steer AI agents, provide clear context and constraints, and break complex tasks into actionable steps.

• Strong skills in reviewing, testing, debugging and verifying AI-generated code before using it in production.

• Ability to work with incomplete requirements, ask the right questions and make sound technical trade-offs.

• Strong understanding of clean code, frontend design patterns and long-term maintainability.

• Experience with API client code generation, strict linting and formatting, and automated E2E testing.

• Fluency in Polish and an advanced command of English (B2/C1), enabling smooth communication in an international setting.

Nice to have

• Experience building complex data visualization tools, interactive dashboards, or custom charting solutions.

• Background in FinTech, wealth management, or domain-heavy SaaS platforms.

• Familiarity with event-driven frontend architectures or real-time data streaming.
