Senior Front-end Enginer with React

Holisticon Connect, a division of NEXER GROUP, is a software development company with a team of over 140 professionals. We are currently seeking a Senior Front-end Engineer to join a project focused on a globally recognized platform for process orchestration and workflow automation, used by leading international organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining complex web applications and SaaS products using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Collaborating on a business-critical platform that coordinates processes across services, human tasks, and AI agents.
• Utilizing AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Engaging with workflow-oriented business domains and BPMN-based applications.
• Contributing to the architectural decisions of a mature, scalable enterprise solution.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with React.
• Proven track record in building complex web applications and SaaS products.
• Experience with cloud providers such as GCP or AWS.
• Fluency in both Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Residency in Poland for at least 5 years.
