Senior Front-End Developer (Project Lead) eComm agency

Commerce-UI is looking for an experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join our team as a Project Lead. We specialize in high-end eCommerce solutions for global brands, and we are seeking someone who wants to take real ownership of production projects, solve complex business problems, and shape the future of our technical delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead front-end development for top-tier eCommerce projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to translate ideas into high-performing storefronts.
• Make key architectural and technical decisions while ensuring delivery excellence.
• Mentor other developers and contribute to internal standards, tooling, and workflows.
• Push for better engineering practices and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like Next.js or Remix.
• Proven experience leading production projects or small teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss technical trade-offs with clients.
• Design-awareness with a focus on polish, UX, and performance.
• Fluent English for client work and at least B2 Polish proficiency.
