Senior Flutter Software Engineer

Nortal is seeking a Senior Flutter Software Engineer to join a product-focused team dedicated to building modern, high-quality mobile applications for a large international customer base. You will play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining cross-platform solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape engineering best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable software components for complex products.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Write clean, well-tested code and perform code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Flutter development.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter ecosystem with experience delivering production-grade apps for iOS and Android.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and state management solutions like Bloc or Riverpod.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a distributed, agile team environment.
