We’re looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join a long-term project for our client from the FinTech & Banking sector. You’ll become part of a cross-functional engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining modern mobile applications used by thousands of users.

Although the project operates in an international environment and English is the working language, you’ll collaborate closely with Polish Engineering Managers and Polish team members on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.

• Build scalable, secure and user-friendly features for financial products.

• Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, designers and product stakeholders.

• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.

• Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices.

• Support continuous improvement of development processes.

What we’re looking for

• Commercial experience developing mobile applications with Flutter.

• Previous experience in FinTech, Banking or other highly regulated environments.

• Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter architecture.

• Experience integrating REST APIs.

• Good understanding of mobile application lifecycle and performance optimization.

• Experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

• Professional English (B2+).

Nice to have

• Experience with native Android or iOS development.

• Knowledge of mobile security best practices.

• Experience with automated testing for Flutter applications.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
