Senior Flutter Developer (freelance)

intent is an AI-native, fully remote company that has been designing and co-creating connected devices since 2008. We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join our team on a freelance basis to work on complex projects involving wearables, smart audio, and health-tech hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Flutter applications that communicate with hardware peripherals over BLE.
• Develop cross-platform code that performs reliably on both iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with firmware engineers, designers, and project managers to plan and estimate new features.
• Debug complex issues and improve overall application reliability.
• Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback to teammates.
• Utilize AI tools as part of your daily development workflow.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with the Flutter SDK and advanced Dart skills.
• Hands-on experience with BLE, specifically using flutter_blue_plus or similar libraries.
• Working knowledge of iOS and Android platforms to troubleshoot native-layer issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Proficiency in English (B2+ level) for communication with international clients.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high coding standards.
