Senior Financial Analyst (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team as a strategic business partner, translating product priorities into actionable financial plans and investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to translate roadmap and staffing priorities into comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and investment plans.
• Manage Budget vs. Actuals reporting, including headcount, software spend, and consulting projects, while providing variance analysis.
• Lead headcount planning and tracking, ensuring alignment between open requisitions and the approved organizational plan.
• Oversee software and tooling spend, including vendor management and cost-benefit analysis for build-versus-buy decisions.
• Lead annual budget and periodic reforecast cycles, providing data-supported insights on financial health to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A or financial business-partnering experience, specifically working with senior leadership.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS environments with a deep understanding of subscription models and key performance indicators.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical and product team activities into financial outcomes.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and proficiency with BI reporting tools such as Power BI or Microsoft Fabric.
• Ability to constructively challenge stakeholders using data-driven insights and clear business context.
