Senior Finance Manager, Global Logistics Finance

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to serve as a key finance partner to our Global Logistics leadership, driving financial visibility, cost productivity, and strategic decision-making across our international supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recurring financial operating mechanisms, including forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly financial reviews.
• Act as a strategic finance business partner to Global Logistics and Supply Chain leadership to achieve operational and financial objectives.
• Manage financial planning for Variable Cost Productivity (VCP) and provide leadership for global tariff, customs, and duty-related activities.
• Develop robust logistics analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights into cost, service, and network performance.
• Standardize global logistics financial reporting processes and governance to improve consistency and transparency across regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration with at least 8 years of progressive financial experience.
• Strong proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, or COGNOS, alongside advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex business issues clearly.
• Strong critical thinking skills and a proven ability to drive change within a matrixed global organization.
