Senior ETL Developer

Key responsibilities

• Developing and engineering ETL solutions with a high standard of reliability and stability.
• Partnering with business stakeholders, data users, and solution architects to address complex business demands.
• Managing end-to-end solution design and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Optimizing development workflows with AI tools to increase efficiency and maintainability.
• Providing technical leadership, promoting code quality practices, and upholding modern engineering standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience with ETL processes, relational databases, SQL, and Python.
• Ability to combine hands-on coding skills with an architectural mindset.
• Experience working with event-driven architectures, such as Kafka, and implementing REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• Fluent English skills and proven experience in client-facing roles.
• Practical experience integrating AI tools into development workflows for documentation and refactoring.
