Senior ERP Business Transformation Consultant

Link Group is seeking a Senior ERP Business Transformation Consultant to lead strategic enterprise platform implementations. This high-visibility role bridges executive leadership and technical delivery, focusing on optimizing end-to-end operational workflows and ensuring seamless cross-functional integration within complex ERP environments.

Key responsibilities

• Map and evaluate complex end-to-end process flows across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Supply Chain domains.
• Identify cross-departmental dependencies and systemic risks to prevent solution misalignment and project delays.
• Facilitate strategic discovery workshops and alignment sessions with executive stakeholders and business unit heads.
• Translate complex enterprise architecture choices into actionable business impacts for non-technical leadership.
• Maintain rigorous program governance, including executive-level reporting, risk management, and decision tracking.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise transformation, management consulting, or large-scale ERP implementations, preferably with SAP/S/4HANA.
• Deep functional expertise in core enterprise value streams including P2P, O2C, and Supply Chain logistics.
• Proven ability to influence and manage expectations at the Director and C-suite level.
• Strong proficiency in structured problem-solving, process mapping, and executive-level reporting.
• Experience in establishing governance structures to manage scope changes and cross-functional alignment.
