This is how we work, at the client's site, agile, scrum Your responsibilities, Lead and mentor a Scrum team, fostering professional growth, mentoring, and providing regular feedback., Develop and uphold standards of work and a culture of quality across the team., Support the Product Owner in backlog planning, prioritization, and roadmap management., Manage risks, dependencies, and streamline workflows to ensure timely, stable, and high-quality deliveries., Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and IT leaders to align project goals., Implement AI tools within SDLC processes to enhance efficiency and innovation., Enhance team productivity through process improvements and best practices., Promote agile methodologies and ensure adherence to project management standards. 7+ years of experience in team leadership within an Agile environment., Proven experience leading cross-functional IT teams, managing projects or programs., Strong expertise in planning, prioritization, and delivery management., Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills under pressure., Higher education in technical or related fields., Experience in change management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance., Proactive and autonomous mindset with a focus on team development. Optional, Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or project management methodologies., Experience with AI implementation within software development lifecycles., Knowledge of system architecture design or relevant technical skills.
