As a Senior Engineering Team Lead, you will be working for our client, a leading international firm committed to advancing digital solutions within the financial sector.
You will spearhead a talented Scrum development team, driving the development of high-quality software solutions, implementing AI tools within the SDLC, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a Scrum team, fostering professional growth, mentoring, and providing regular feedback.
• Develop and uphold standards of work and a culture of quality across the team.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog planning, prioritization, and roadmap management.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and streamline workflows to ensure timely, stable, and high-quality deliveries.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and IT leaders to align project goals.
• Implement AI tools within SDLC processes to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Enhance team productivity through process improvements and best practices.
• Promote agile methodologies and ensure adherence to project management standards.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 7+ years of experience in team leadership within an Agile environment.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional IT teams, managing projects or programs.
• Strong expertise in planning, prioritization, and delivery management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Higher education in technical or related fields.
• Experience in change management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
• Proactive and autonomous mindset with a focus on team development.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or project management methodologies.
• Experience with AI implementation within software development lifecycles.
• Knowledge of system architecture design or relevant technical skills.

• English (Communicative level)
