Senior Engineering Manager

CaptivateIQ is a leading sales commission platform trusted by industry innovators and category leaders. We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our fully distributed team and lead our Core Platform and Integrations & IAM pillars.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and grow multiple distributed software engineering teams while fostering a culture of high trust and psychological safety.
• Develop engineering talent through effective coaching, mentorship, and performance management, with a focus on senior and staff-level engineers.
• Own the end-to-end delivery and operational excellence of your teams' portfolio, ensuring critical systems are reliable and secure at scale.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to set a clear vision, prioritize roadmaps, and align long-term strategy.
• Provide technical leadership by setting architectural guardrails and guiding major decisions to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive software development experience and a proven track record as an Engineering Manager leading multiple distributed teams.
• Strong product sense with experience delivering high-quality results across the full lifecycle of B2B SaaS products.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical depth and guide senior engineers through complex architectural problems.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first environment.
• A track record of hiring and developing senior talent, combined with a passion for helping engineers advance their careers.
