Senior Engineering Manager, Infrastructure

Distribusion is the world’s leading ground transportation marketplace, connecting bus, rail, and ferry operators with major global retailers. We are looking for a strategic Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Infrastructure domain, overseeing Platform Engineering, IT, and Information Security as we scale our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support multidisciplinary teams responsible for secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure.
• Define and execute strategies for cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, and internal IT processes.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee infrastructure project cost tracking.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure our technical foundation supports 10x business growth.
• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with company goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams in high-growth technology environments.
• Strong background in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Information Security.
• Proven track record of scaling teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, infrastructure automation, and security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
