Senior Engineer (Full-Stack) - Policy & Safety

emagine Polska is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the Rights-Said-Fred squad, focusing on building scalable systems for content and catalog operations. You will play a key role in developing internal tools and backend workflows that ensure a safe and high-quality content ecosystem for creators and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement intuitive internal user interfaces and content-management tools to streamline review workflows.
• Develop reliable, auditable orchestration for complex content actions across multiple backend systems.
• Integrate actioning logic and support moderation for emerging content types by connecting with existing platforms.
• Champion engineering best practices, maintain system reliability, and contribute to architectural decision-making.
• Collaborate with product, design, and legal teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that improve content operations at scale.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a full-stack engineer building and maintaining production systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java for backend development and React with TypeScript for front-end applications.
• Experience with modern cloud tooling, preferably within the GCP ecosystem including GKE and Pub/Sub.
• Strong system-design and debugging skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional environments.
