Senior Embedded Engineer – Nordic nRF / Zephyr

Infotree Global Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Engineer to lead the migration of a complex IoT application from the Nordic nRF52 platform to the nRF54 series. This role focuses on transitioning existing firmware from SoftDevice to the nRF Connect SDK (Zephyr), ensuring seamless integration and hardware adaptation for the new architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate existing embedded applications from nRF52 to nRF54 hardware platforms.
• Execute the transition from SoftDevice to nRF Connect SDK and Zephyr RTOS.
• Configure DeviceTree, Kconfig, west, and custom drivers to support new hardware requirements.
• Implement and maintain DFU, Secure Boot, and OTA update functionalities.
• Perform hardware-level debugging using JTAG/SWD and professional laboratory equipment.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in embedded systems, covering both firmware and hardware development.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Nordic Semiconductor nRF products and the nRF Connect SDK.
• Deep knowledge of Zephyr RTOS, including advanced configuration and driver development.
• Strong proficiency in C programming and experience with IAR development environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage end-to-end project ownership.
