Senior Elixir Developer

Erlang Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Elixir Developer to join a dynamic, customer-facing project team. You will collaborate directly with the client's engineering organization to build robust, scalable, and reliable software systems while contributing to the global impact of Elixir technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop reliable, secure, and scalable software systems in close cooperation with the customer's engineering team.
• Contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of project solutions.
• Provide technical expertise to support project planning, estimation, and architectural decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges within the project environment.
• Participate in code reviews and actively share knowledge with team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience working as an Elixir developer.
• Strong technical proficiency in Elixir, Phoenix, and OTP frameworks.
• Solid experience working with Git and Linux-based environments.
• Practical knowledge of SQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive, results-oriented, and independent mindset.
