Senior Director, Product Management – WinTeam ERP

WorkWave is seeking a visionary Senior Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and modernization of WinTeam, our flagship ERP platform for the commercial cleaning and security industries. This role is a unique opportunity to transform a mature, business-critical system by integrating AI-driven workflows and modern SaaS capabilities to empower thousands of enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for core ERP modules while balancing technical upgrades with customer value.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers and Owners, fostering a culture of rigorous discovery and disciplined prioritization.
• Embed AI-first workflows, predictive analytics, and automated decision-making into the platform to drive operational efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to accelerate delivery speed and ensure successful market impact.
• Manage product profitability and collaborate with Finance on pricing models and data-driven investment cases.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years leading and growing teams within enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of modernizing mature platforms and managing complex customer change without business disruption.
• Deep domain expertise in ERP, workforce management, payroll, or high-volume operations software.
• Practical knowledge of designing and launching AI-assisted, data-driven software capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and lead strategic customer conversations.
