Senior Director, Light-Track Delivery & AI Automation - Data & Technology

We are currently seeking a Senior Director of Light-Track Delivery & AI Automation to join our Data & Technology group, where you will lead the development and deployment of rapid-turn AI solutions, including RPA automations and AI agents, to drive business value and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering rapid-turn AI solutions, including RPA automations and AI agents.
• Oversee the development of reusable patterns, templates, and standards to accelerate platform-based development.
• Manage the intake-to-delivery cycle for process automation initiatives, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
• Establish governance frameworks that enable rapid delivery while maintaining standards and preventing technical sprawl.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align automation strategies with broader enterprise goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Technology Delivery, Engineering Management, or Automation Leadership at a Director level.
• Extensive background in leading enterprise-scale RPA or process automation programs.
• Demonstrated success in managing multidisciplinary teams and supporting citizen-developer enablement.
• Strong decision-making skills regarding build-versus-buy strategies and platform selection.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
